Anyone who thinks some pagan's devil-spawned hoo-doo is going to get at them needs to seriously reconsider what "the One and Only Potentate" and "the Son of God was manifested to destroy the works of the devil" actually means for them as a believer.
If things in life are going crazy, or out of control, and God's not the one at the wheel, then remember this:
"But every man is tempted when he is drawn away by his own lust and enticed."
Get away from your own lust and you will find yourself free from the trial the temptation is causing you. Here's how:
"I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that ye present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God, which is your reasonable service. And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God."
Get your mind off of cruise control and take an active approach toward the renovation the Holy Spirit can work in your life. Then all this thought about somebody's ju-ju messing with you will find itself where it belongs, in the garbage.
