"""Coat - The Jews wore two principal garments, an interior and an exterior. The interior, here called the "coat," or the tunic was made commonly of linen and encircled the whole body, extending down to the knees. Sometimes beneath this garment, as in the case of the priests there was another garment to corresponding to pantaloons. The coat, or tunic, was extended to the neck, and had long or short sleeves. Over this was commonly worn an upper garment, here called "cloak" or mantle. It was made commonly nearly square of different sizes, five or six cubits long, and as many broad and wrapped around the body and thrown off when labor was performed. This was the garment which is said to have been without seam woven throughout. John xix 23 If, said Christ, an adversary wished to obtain at law one of these garments rather than contend with him, let have the other also."""
The comment about the priests was included, but the context as whole was NOT about priests only.

Barnes clearly references the priesthood; hence, the use of the word "priest". Now you may believe women were priests but I do not. So go back to the drawing board and try again.
Still waiting for your Biblical evidence...

You and Aquila's logic is one that requires specific mentioning of pants being forbidden. This has been the logic displayed for hundreds of posts. I have even mentioned that although pants is not specifically mentioned it is encompassed within
Deu. 22:5 because pants are worn and
Deu. 22:5
is concerned with things that are worn - like pants.
Now, since the detractors logic has demanded a specific command against women wearing pants then, to be consistent that would also demand a specific command against peyote and pedophilia. So, do you believe pedophilia is a sin? Where is it specifically called a sin in the Bible?
Still waiting for the women wearing pants...

Ignoring the facts does no help your cause. It makes you look foolish.
The Bible still says they were wearing pants:

STILL waiting for that ONE passage where godly women wore pants...
Now, I am also waiting for your specific passage that says pedophilia is sin.
