Was listening to James White v Robert Sabin debate a couple weeks ago. Didnt think Sabin did too great, but what got me was White kept saying God is "one what and 3 whos". I dont get that. I try to follow to honestly understand, but I can't.
I'll defend trinitarians as Christians all day. But the doctrine of the trinity, as stated by the most studied trinitarians is gobbly gook.
It is not always tritheism. But sometimes it is.
And its illogical and contradictory at many points.

So very true. They end up explaining things as Tritheism, even though they claim that is not what they believe or what they are trying to covey. It does sounds like gobbly gook.

Apostolic is defined on AFF as:
- There is One God. This one God reveals Himself distinctly as Father, Son and Holy Ghost.
- The Son is God himself in a human form or "God manifested in the flesh" (1Tim 3:16)
- Every sinner must repent of their sins.
- That Jesus name baptism is the only biblical mode of water baptism.
- That the Holy Ghost is for today and is received by faith with the initial evidence of speaking in tongues.
- The saint will go on to strive to live a holy life, pleasing to God.

There was a group of ancient Oneness adherents that believed that. But if any Oneness do today, they are pretty far afield and aren't really a part of the dialogue.

Sabellians.
Whether they truly believed that or not is quite debatable. Look how people distort others religious and political views today. It wouldn't be surprising if the Sabellians had a oneness theology but their opponents twisted it, and that is what has survived.

The issue with Paula White is that she is the protégé of T.D. Jakes. Jakes is Oneness. Many years ago it was a fad for some of the prosperity preachers to baptize in Jesus' name. Even their SOF were so ambiguous that you wouldn't know if they were Oneness or Trinitarian. This was the case with Paula White's website, and I believe Rod Parsley's was similar.
The fad has passed or they received criticism and made their SOF more Trinitarian.
