If it would be as simple as that, then it would not be racist. However, you and I both know it would not be as simple as that.

Some people want to create an entirely new section of government devoted to printing and collecting fees for a voting ID. That would be AGAINST what the Founding Fathers had in mind when it comes to the right of every citizen to vote.
