It's easy... it's basically white gravy... look on line for some recipes that pique your interest. There's all kinds of ways to make it. (It's a mother sauce)

Thanks Brother Ron,
I realized that I already know how to make it but I don't
put onions,celery and chopped carrots in it.I also saw where
many of the recipes put nutmeg in it.I saw it on the menu
today at this Italian/Greek place we go to.They had a Bechamel
sauce with Veggies over Angel Hair.I make this for Mac
and Cheese if I do a large pan in the oven but I add alot
of cheese to it.Great!

Yeah, Bechamel is a base for all kinds of sauces, including home made mac and cheese sauce.

I add all kinds of cheese to mine as well. I like mine to have a bite to it.

Sharp cheddar, swiss, parmigiano, romano, provolone, etc...
