What anyone here has or hasn't done, if they've done but only one thing in their life, and in so doing, God saved a sinner from eternal death, that is a VERY BIG DEAL!!
To say anything else runs into this:
They that compare themselves among themselves are not wise. What the Crouch's did or didn't do for the kingdom is immaterial. The Kingdom is God's, and He will grow it as He sees fits.
No one can say, (1) "I built this part of God's Kingdom", or "He built the Kingdom of God in this place, or that place", and etc.
(2) Jesus said "Upon this rock I will build my church".

There it is!
(1) When one says that he,she built part of God's kingdom,
they have their reward: the praise of men.
(2) The Lord, himself, is building HIS Church! All we can
do is follow King David's example and bring gold, silver, precious
stones, and fine materials (souls) to the Lord that He may build
there upon. Listen to Haggai:
"Is it time for you, O ye, to dwell
in your cieled houses, and this house lie waste?"
Building the Kingdom without the gospel, is building it with
"...wood, hay, stubble...".
