Would you give Mom Flip-Flops for Mother's Day?

Sam very true, we call them thongs growing up. Last summer when I took my two daughters to WalMart the younger one who was 16 then grab a pair. When we made it to the checkout I notice they were not there and asked her, your not getting the thongs, she turn bright red and reminds me they are called flip flops, the young guy working counter smile at us funny....To this day I still catch myself from calling them thongs.....

Well not that my opinion matters here but...I must admit I have a closet full of flip flops and 2 pair of dress shoes...
So I would be excited to have another pair. I think Flip flops should be considered platform shoes lol they are comfortable, ez to kick of when ya shout and if you dont kick em off you probably wont break your neck when you do shout.
Now for those of us who dont shout... Def. wear a nice pair of heels lol (JK btw) But I do love my flops but my husband wont let me wear them to church lol

Hey LA did D4T tell you we have a new "official" Pastor now? Bro Underwood is our pastor and girl (good)things are happening in our part of town. Since he has been voted in we had one get the holy ghost and baptized another last Sunday Night. That is a great way to start off being the pastor God is Good.

I love flip flops, but I wouldn't give them away at church. How would you know what size to buy???? Everyone gets an 8? Maybe they had different sizes to give away; how confusing!
