I got it for under $80,000. Once completely finished it should be around 1700 sq ft.

Is it near Tri-Cities? I went to a conference in Johnson City a few years ago, flew in to Tri-Cities airport. It's a beautiful area and if I remember near (in) the Smoky Mountains.

Yep. It's in the Tri-Cities area. Great smoky mountains are officially maybe 1-2 hrs southwest of here. I like the area a lot. Lived here most of my life.
