JD her own emails contradict what she was saying publicly. WHILE SHE WAS SAYING IT WAS BECAUSE OF A VIDEO---SHE WROTE TO SEVERAL PEOPLE THAT THEY KNEW---KNEW---KNEW---IT WAS A TERRORIST ATTACK.
That's not being confused with conflicting Intel. That's a purposefully crafted LIE.
