I don't think it was taken as gospel by the liberal press before the video ever surfaced.

Then again, maybe this situation would have morphed into something in time, if not for the video.

I feel bad for the cops in this situation.

There are so many good, professional, hard-working, family-loving police officers who don their uniform and carry out their duties in a professional manner!

The good ones get maligned unnecessarily while the bad ones get away with "raining haymakers" and even murder.

Most Lawyers are good, a few are bad, should we get rid of all lawyers?
Most Doctors are good, a few are bad, should we tar and feather all doctors?
Most preachers are good, a few are bad, should we call all of them false prophets?
Most Law enforcement personnel are good, a few are bad.

When I meet a lawyer, a doctor , a preacher or a law officer, I assume that they are the good guys, because most of the time, they are.
