Yes, I agree you are "just saying."

Matthew 36:12, "[Jesus stated] Verily, Verily, I say unto you, that every idle word that men shall speak, they shall give account thereof in the day of judgement."

Lol. Let us praise God for His Marvelous Word! Amen! And Amen!

I believe it is the manifesto for the Kingdom of God in the entire New Testament, Jews and Gentiles in one body. I disagree it was for Jews and not gentiles.

i think we even have Scripture saying that it was the other way around! Jews--who rejected it--first, leading to the times of the gentiles, or Church Age. Ok so i agree that it was meant for Jews, but it is gentiles who partake.

I see the church period as Jews and Gentiles in one body, despite the fact most Jews rejected it at first. The church was only comprised of Jews for the first 3 years after the cross. And there were thousands and thousands of them. The times of the Gentiles is not the church period, but rather the time Gentiles took to tread down Jerusalem later in the first century. 42 months according to Rev 11. But the church is Jew and gentile in one body, certainly not a gentile church.

If it was for Gentiles, tell us which if Jesus' Commands in The Sermon you literally follow. Becsuse, of you do not literally follow them, then The Sermon is not for you.

Here in Ameddika, many Christian Men like to speak and think like their wimmin. They like to say things as, "I don't know," and "Just saying." And, they like to use the word "seem," which Jesus did not use.

Do you want to keep talking like that?

The words of Jesus are applicable to us today, of course. And I don't believe they conflicted with the Apostle Paul's writings either. Sounds like you might have an ax to grind here, I don't know.

Yes, I agree you do not know.

Are you avoiding the original question, here? Got Godly Wisdom, or not? Is Jesus' Sermon on The Mount/Plain Instructional or Informative Today?"

If it is applicable to you as you admitted, do you follow any of His Commands in The Sermon? Try not to get distracted by your feelings about how my posts "seem to be." Lol. Be a Strong Man of God by Speaking His Word.

Obviously you do have an ax to grind... coming on here with heavy condemnation as if you are the one who has the ability to judge to whether any of us are obeying the commandments of Jesus or not.

Personally, yes I think we do need to talk about following the commandments of Jesus... however, please do not set yourself up as the one righteous judge who is to determine whether we are obeying correctly ... or not.

Let's have a discussion, and talk about the issues you feel may need to be addressed, without immediately casting stones of condemnation before the discussion ever gets off the ground.

God bless.
