The news televised the names of the pilots--who had disappeared, and were being searched for--"Sum Ting Wong, Wi Tu Lo" etc.--with a straight face, completely unaware of the joke...i could prolly find it, it's hilarious...

i can only liken this to the blindness experienced by others who imagine that they are putting something over on people; pick your group, doesn't really matter. You can only fool some of the people some of the time. Americans are being laughed at by Chinese high school students now...very sad to me.

I remember when the local FOX News station did that! I still laugh about it, though I probably shouldn't. You're right, it is funny that they actually read these names on live tv. I couldn't believe them at first!
