Re: Benjamin Netanyahu speaking at AIPAC today
ya, let's deflect now. ok, go with that. apparently not meaningless to the bush clan--Masons all, btw; Bohemian Grovers, as well--who can't go to Switzerland, or the Far East. Dress it up however you like. Put lipstick all over that pig, i don't care.

And what, according to you, is the "whole story?"

obama getting a Nobel Prize in 2009, merely 9 months after becoming President, shows how politicized it's become and how little it means to receive the NPP.

Re: Benjamin Netanyahu speaking at AIPAC today
yup. the whole story on that nobel is also political, and too lengthy for here. several versions online, @ "hitler nobel," best to read at least a couple, tho they mostly agree.

What were you trying to suggest with the quote? That it was W saying it about 9/11?
And who cares about what Malaysia thinks or does. Should US Presidents suddenly be fearful what they do because, *gasp*, Malaysia may try to indict them?

Re: Benjamin Netanyahu speaking at AIPAC today
1) no, that it was just what leaked. HW's crimes would fill a book. I think a couple have been written, even.
2) Convictions are a big deal, from allied countries. Yes. See answer above. You can go to the Far East, Bush can't. But that is just a tiny bit of the consequences.

I should note that I'm not a fan of the Bush's. Unlike most conservative Christians, I don't hold them in high esteem. I'll definitely agree that the Bush family has skeletons in their closets. Have you read Family of Secrets?

I don't see it as that big of a deal. Mostly because, as I posted earlier, I don't feel our Presidents should worry if whether their actions would cause them to be indicted by another foreign country's legislative body.
Funny you say obama's been indicted as well, since he and the PM are such close friends. Even played golf together on Christmas Eve last year in Hawaii.

Re: Benjamin Netanyahu speaking at AIPAC today
ya, weird, huh. Just goes to show that a Gov has many factions, and not all agree. A house divided cannot stand. As to the convictions, these were pretty hard to obtain, i guess, took years. The O's conviction may not happen, due to his connections; but i didn't think it such a big deal, either, until i heard this interview...don't know if i can find it now, but the implications are farther reaching than either of us realize, suffice it to say. In the International Community, it amounts to a huge loss of face, coming from a country that shows respect for rule of law.
