Adam was created
"...in the image and likeness of God..."; a spirit (image) with the qualities (likeness) of God. Seth was not created, but begotten in the likeness (propensity to sin) and image (flesh) of Adam.
God created creation with His SPOKEN word, then He created man. But in creation, God introduced Laws that cannot be altered or broken and man was created subject to those Laws. Satan saw the work of God, and presented his lies based on the Laws of God. Satan will say a truth, to introduce a lie. Now this.
Spirits (demons) do not have the capacity to procreate with humans (or each other). They, too, are subject to the Laws of Creation.
