Re: What's Wrong With Killing Unloved Kittens?

So anyway I live in an area where the people take in stray cats because they feel bad for the stray. They then feed these strays because they think it is the humane thing to do. Then all these fat and happy cats start breeding. Then these same people feel sorry for the kittens. Because they are so cute.

These same people never think that if they would not feed these strays they wouldn't live long enough to reproduce.

So eventually we had probably 100 cats around my place. Yeah I know everybody is going to think I'm mean but I called animal control.

So to rephrase the original question.

Isn't the humane thing to do is euthanize (kill) the kittens before they become adults?

Yes.
Even better, kill them before they're born!

Are you secretly trying to pull me into a debate on another issue?

Very suspicious.

I am consistent. It would be better to take care of the situation before there is a problem. No pregnancy, no kitties, no death.

I think we should only kill the ones of a certain color...
