Ah, threat, threats, and none of it verifiable beyond the fact of making the above threats. Great way to coerce someone into loving a supposedly all-loving "father." It works for (some of) those raised that way, I guess.

"And which Christian doctrines and image of Jesus drove Martin Luther to urge his followers to set fire to synagogues “and to bury and cover with dirt whatever will not burn, so that no man will ever again see a stone or cinder of them … to be done in honor of our Lord and of Christendom…” Did Martin Luther think Jesus would applaud this genocidal rampage when the synagogue was his spiritual home ( “And he went to Nazareth where he had been brought up: and, as his custom was, he went to the synagogue on the Sabbath day and stood up for to read” (Luke 4:16)

It is the Christian doctrine of the "flaming sword" that spreads death and violence across the globe. I wonder what happens to the "flaming swords" around the world when they die?

Relax, the flaming sword of the Lord is not yet to be used, we are in the days of harvest, but the days of vengeance will come.

Revelation tell us one day he will come in raging wrath, a day of woe and destruction upon his enemies. When that day comes the whole world will see the flaming sword of vengeance descend upon them. but until then God is extending mercy.

The only hope of salvation is in Jesus Christ, outside of Jesus Christ there is no salvation.
Those who backslide from the path must return to it or else they will be rejected.

Some people try to soften or minimize this message but the truth is that without Christ all will perish.
Some accept while others reject this truth, but their rejection can not change the end results.

Speaking of "softening", uh, that wasn't the question Timmy asked. Therefore I will answer it for you. Yes, if one has bought into the bible as the inerrant infallible Word of god, then yes, Marcbee is wicked, and go ahead capitalize the W. Why is it so hard to admit what you are supposed to believe? Answer: Because all our experiences in earthly real life define wickedness according to BEHAVIOR, but according to Holey Bible literalism, wickedness equals "those who perish due to wrong beliefs."

I think a "backslider" is someone who senses some, even if tiny amount of guilt or discomfort for not living according to the faith they used to embrace. I didn't backslide in that sense, I instead rejected all man's incoherent religions, which includes belief in your (erstwhile my) infallible Holey Bible. There's a difference between "backsliding" and overturning one's own superstitious worldview.

In this case, *I* initiated the essential rejection. HOW CONVENIENT to your satisfying religion that now I am the one going to be somehow rejected by an all-loving "father." You, Flaming, will be vindicated In The Sweet Bye and Bye!

I posted a "How Convenient List" on another Christian forum once. It got deleted.
