And debate it all you like--there are too many verses that must be considered as conditioning the doctrine the Rs expound, imo; there would be no fruit, and surely even condemnation from God if it were their way, etc.

i said that because i think that in a different time i would be more agreeable to the Rs pov--but imo if God can cause a donkey to preach, the lesson should be taken to heart. it even mirrors the man/woman relationship, i think. men should take the lead (imo fearlessly, after input from the woman--that he better heed), trusting that the woman is watching behind; and expect that in forging ahead there will be times when as a man you have 'erred,' or i think better put 'gotten too far ahead,' and a woman would fill the gap to swing the pendulum back.
