God Has Blessed
I have rented all my life...recently the door came open for a awesome deal on a new trailer and some property but because of poor credit the bank would not finance.... its a 16x80 less than 3 years old on 3 acres of land...it comes furnished with stove...large double fridge and dish washer...owners wanted $45,000...its in mint condition in a country area which is great.Well with the bank turning us down we were disappointed but the owners contacted us and said they prayed and felt God wanted them to offer it to us to lease to own....just signed he papers!God is awesome!

That is wonderful news! Owner financing is just about the only way to go nowadays with just about any kind of mobile home/land purchase.

So thankful for this blessing in your life!!!

Its so much bigger than what we have been living in! 3 bedrooms 2 baths huge kitchen!When they called with the offer out of the blue I almost started crying!
