Compared to the US at 5.22 which is higher than Somalia (3.25 and Kenya 3.65 and Yemen 3.97) the Muslim countries of Oman (.65), Saudi (.85), UAE (.92) enjoy rates at a fraction of the US rates. The really red countries (Honduras 60.87, Guatemala 45.17) could only reach these wonderful achievements with the help and values of the beliefs of the people who live there, summarized as follows:

Looks like they need to replace some of these christians with Muslims or Buddhists to bring their numbers down at least to the levels of Burma (15.58) where the buddhists, as bad as they are, can't match the catholic / protestant numbers while they hunt down and execute Muslims.

Though interesting reads, the numbers posted about those eeeeevil Muslims do not appear to support historical experience that everywhere christianity goes blood follows and self-identified christian societies consistantly achieve the highest rates of crime and murder on the planet.

lol...you should go find out who they are that identify themselves as Roman Catholic. You see if you were born into a Roman catholic family you ARE Roman Catholic for life to them, It's like a nationality to them. They can never have walked into a Catholic church and still call themselves Catholic.

But the US is not a Catholic nation. It's a nation which has a lot of Christians, Muslims, Jews and even Atheists as members.

The Crimes that occur in Muslim nations aren't Crimes in other nations or go unreported, such as sexual abuse, spousal abuse and child abuse (not to mention animal abuse).

Women are afraid to report rapes because the victims get accused of someone enticing the men and deserving what they get. Same goes for the wives that are abused. They are property of the man and he can do what he wants

Finally, comparing Countries is not comparing religions....What you are doing is a red herring
