Paul said God did his part.
Paul said we need to do our part.

I don't know how else it can be said other than how Paul said it.

Yes, it did, but most don't have a clue as to what that means!!

We are not saved because of our faith, our faith comes because we are saved. We are not saved by what we do, rather we are saved because of what Jesus did. We are not saved because we have believed, rather, we believe because we are saved.

If what Jesus did reconciled us to the Father, then we are reconciled, and are in no danger of doom. It is just a matter of when each individual comes to understand that they are reconciled that they can enjoy the benefits.

This is the gospel, the Good News, and very good news it is.

God reconciled the world to himself by the Cross of Christ.
Every individual needs to reconcile themselves back to God by accepting the work of the Cross.

That is the Gospel, however, even if one does not know it, they are reconciled to God. Because of what Christ has accomplished, so why live like people that have no hope, when the work of the cross is finished, so walk in it sooner than later.
