Headed for Home

Does anyone remember the song Headed for Home. I believe I heard it mainly down south at a Tioga,LA , UPC campmeeting. I am looking for the verses or maybe someone recorded it?

the chorus words are : . . . . I'm headed for home, I'm tired of living here . . . . It really is a beautiful song !
