Do you know, that the man just before the Beast, will be a raiser of taxes. And I don't believe God is talking about any one nation. But a world tax.

Quote:
Daniel 11:20 Then shall stand up in his estate a raiser of taxes in the glory of the kingdom: but within few days he shall be destroyed, neither in anger, nor in battle.
21 And in his estate shall stand up a vile person, to whom they shall not give the honour of the kingdom: but he shall come in peaceably, and obtain the kingdom by flatteries
.

The vile person is the Beast.

You trying to get a position with the Antichrist when he rises to power???? Hahahahahaha! You're a trip!

The point is, you can raise taxes on the rich and they'll find a way out of paying exorbitant taxes. Lower the taxes and they'll invest, build businesses, hire more people, invent new technologies, etc.

Most rich folks want to grow their wealth and put their money to goodness, not waste it on ineffective government waste and bureaucracies...

What's scary is your love for Che, Hugo, Fidel and others of their ilk and actually believing that America would do better if we patterned our nation after theirs.

You have it backwards The rich have grown their wealth while the middle class has stagnated.

Where are the jobs, the business, the new technologies they created?

Their taxes were lowered in 2001? HUH HUH

Eight years of Bush's lower taxes and we end up in a depression.

If you were one quarter right there would have been jobs running out your ears in 2009.

The BUSH's tax cuts, two credit card wars helped us go from a Clinton surplus to a Bush depression.

You are as ignorant of economics and facts as dedicated Mind is. Under Bush's tax plan, revenue to the government and job creation soared. Unemployment hardly got above 5%. What erased all those gaons was the housing bust. And Bush and the GOP in Congress tried to warn what was ahead, they were accused of "racism" and "not wanting minorities to get affordable housing". Kool-aid drinkers like you fall for it. I'm on a computer at work that has You Tube blocked, but later today i will post proof.

conspiracy fantasy. america needs the world for free trade. what would happen if the world boycotted the US? disaster. the US has to be moderate and garner world opinion in its' decisions. republicans are just a delay of the inevitable world socialism, even with world socialism the US can't withdraw but play along.

It wasn't taxing the rich, you know that The rich already pay taxes too. It was your idea of hunting them down and taking their property.

BTW what makes you believe the United Nations, empowered to hunt them down and take their money, will benefit anyone other than a bloated bureaucracy and junket trips to Thailand so the guys can rape little boys and girls?

And when that happens, and DM gets sick, he can fly to Cuba for treatments if he has any money left

Socialism is just a shift of wealth and power from those that have it to a view politicos and then spread thinly amongst the poor to give them free cake and a big Mac
