Stupidity On Patrol--3yo Boy Fined $2500...
...for peeing in his own front yard. Or, at least, his MOTHER was given the ticket for her son's terrible indiscretion. He didn't actually finish the act--he started to, and then the officer of the law with nothing better to do with his day stepped in to save the world.
