prayer life determine salvation?

I don't know if we will be lost if we do not continuously pray. However I do know that if we continuously pray we will not be lost.

Point taken...but what I am trying to convey is that diligently seeking Him does not = a certain amount of prayer time, a certain amount of church attendance etc., etc. - if it does - then who determines such measurements?

You can't legislate Holiness, and you can't legislate relationship either.....I can't imagine any Christain on this forum making reference to not seeking God, and not trying our very best to worship, love, and serve to our best ability.....the issue is we all are in different places, with a different individual walk...
