Yes, it is legit.
To offer some context, though: Bush didn't release his college records, either. And Obama's records aren't "sealed"; like any other person in this country, he would have to personally sign a release, but they haven't been "sealed" by a court.
This falls into the same category as demanding that Romney release all his tax returns--it isn't necessary or relevant. IMO, both the president and the candidate should continue to refuse on the basis of privacy.
I really don't care if Obama made straight F's in college.

No, Bush didn't. His transcripts were LEAKED; he didn't voluntarily release them.
