Never have met TD and my hat and heart goes out to him. I visited Maurice Gordon's church in Denver mid -80s' and he had an outreach into the inner city that was as exciting as it was dangerous.
Whether TD is a one stepper or a three stepper is not nearly as important as if he is preaching Jesus to the lost in need of Him. They will eventually get all "three steps" if they are hungering and thirsting for righteousness...that comes only from Jesus Christ.
