Let's see...the 10 Commandments were given to Moses on Mt Sinai after the children of Israel were removed from Egypt.

So..I guess Moses did not break a commandment that wasn't in existence yet.

Why did he look around to see if anyone was watching? Why was he upset when he found out someone knew what he did? Why was Cain punished for killing Abel?
