I have a copy, and I have used the online resource when trying to find
a clear way to explain something, usually to occultists.
I have not found anything that changed my understanding from the KJV,
but sometimes a different wording can help get the point across.

Anybody have a few examples of differences between Lamsa and other Bibles?

Here is something of interest.

John 1:1

In the beginning was the word and the word was with God and the word was God.

The word was in the beginning and that very word was with God and God was that Word.

I don't see much difference, there.

"The History of the Bible: The Making of the New Testament Canon"
by Bart D. Ehrman, Ph.D.

Published by:
The Teaching Company, 2005

Bart D. Ehrman is the Professor of Religious Studies
The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill

According to Professor Ehrman:

"The New Testament contains 27 separate books, written by 14 or 15 early Christian authors for other Christian communities and individuals

The books are our earliest surviving Christian writings of any kind, written in the 1st century AD

All the books were originally written in Greek

Greek was the lingua franca of the early Roman Empire.
It was not the language of Jesus or his earliest followers (who all spoke Aramaic) but was the language of most of the Christians of the second generation, when these books started to appear."

He gives no proof at all that the writings were in Greek. Its just a tradition thats been promoted. If I were Hebrew and wanted to write something it would probably be in my own tongue.

Just because they have never found Hebrew or Aramaic texts from the first century does not mean they never existed.

I didn't list all his references, he is a college prof, he didn't just make it up, he used sources. He has been published repeatedly by the Oxford University Press. He is a reputable source if nothing else.

He may be smart but there is no way to know what language the Apopstles used when writing their original copy. None of us were there.
