I graduated from high school and have been here long enough to know what has happened politically for the last 30 years. I remember Reagan, Bush, Clinton & Bush, Jr. as the Presidents of the United States, and I know how the economy and the way life was then and now.

scotty, don't make up history in your own republican mind. That won't work with me or any person with a brain that knows the truth. Ya'll can believe a lie if you want to, but I will accept the truth.

Democrats VS the politics of fear which is the "Republicans & Tea (B) Party"
I really feel for you Seascapes, despite your insulting nature towards me, I feel for you anyway. Your words are so very typical of those who are afraid, but its not conservatives who have put this fear in you, it is your own party.

Your post are full of talking points from rehashed political playbooks. Anybody who has lived the last 30 years can look around and make assumptions, but unless you educate yourself on the workings of government and the American economy, your assumptions are just opinions with no factual backing.

I have challenged you before on another thread and I will challenge you again here. Start seperate threads, one on each political topic that affects your life and allow for serious, educated, fact only discussion. No talking points, no opinionated garbish, just the facts. If you can't discuss the topics (without the hurled insults ) then your point here is mute. I believe serious discussion is possible, but right now your post here are being recieved as just someone who has nothing better to do than stand on a street corner with a sign saying the sky is falling. If you want to be taken seriously then act like it.

If you have read the post on the first page, and the other post from coadie and sandie......always putting me down, calling me an imposter. ...I just thought that I would clear the matter of uncertainty. By the way, all of my post, unless stated otherwise are by me, and not taken out of any playbook .... I have to admit, I do have fun.... I have NO fear.

You are the one that needs to educate yourself. What is better that living the history and knowing exactly how our country was then and the way it is now?

Disabled people can work. When my company headquarters were in a bank office tower, One of the neighbors was a man with cerebral palsy. He often fell and I picked him up. Often he rode his scooter. He worked and I called his bank pres and offered free video conferencing for him to interview since they closed the data center he worked in. He was unable to fly, rent a car or drive to interviews, but he was a brilliant programmer. He couldn't speak and I even knew a co worker of his that could understand him and speak for him. I have long lists of disabled people that are very productive. I see him once a year at a church a baptist relative attends when we visit. I even helped remodel that church.

You do not know my disability....I agree, some disabled people can work and they should be thankful. You do not know what I do everyday. The theme of this thread is .... Democrats and the Politics of Fear .... which that is what the republicans keep up is the politics of fear.

Politics of fear.

That charge is how Obamascare got passed. It was sold to the libs using fearmongering.
I have read the bill in total before it was voted on. Had people read the bill, they would have been afraid to vote for it.
Had Dems not falsely generated feart, it would have not passed.
