We didn't even really discuss the book, but it is just a hilarious thread. I made a couple of (what I thought were) mundane comments, and the responses are just ... I don't know. It's like everyone is competing with these little mini sermonettes, but some of it is just downright offensive. I normally don't read threads on Facebook because it's just not a great system, but for some reason, I got an email notification about something that took me in there, so I started reading a bit.

All of that to say --- I appreciate AFF, and I really appreciate the people on this board.

God bless.

To see all that, do I have to push the "Like" button? I don't think I can bring myself to push that I "Like" the United Pentecostal Church.

Re: United Pentecostal Church!! group on Facebook

I used to be a "fan" of that page but quickly realized I didn't fit their mold of patting one another on the back, or indulging in such minute-minded discussions/posts. So, I disconnected from it.

I, too, like the discussions on here and connecting with people who are like-minded or independent thinkers...

Is it a private forum for UPCers? I'd love to be on that, how can I sign up/can someone send me a link?
