I count him as good friend too ... that's why I say it ... he needs to take control of the lynch mob ... he does not hold their views.

I don't have any animosity towards them, but they have issue with me though.
There are good men in the Org. and outside it. I hope no one interprets this as sour grapes, it isn't.
It seem though that any connection with my roots is slowing fading.

Hard to overcome the group mentality, in a Org such as the UPCI it can isolate you.
There are others that share my sentiments, I just am more vocal and like the banter. By the way, it is not true that I am seeking converts. I value intellectual discourse.

Keith, I'd rather have God deal with my episodes of brashness and "incivility" than the feigning and duplicity.
The pretending and group think makes me sick.

Re: Where Do I Belong?
By way this is what I posted. That led to my banning.
I am much more comprehensive in my explanation as to what I feel the scripture teaches regarding salvation.
God justifies a believer at faith/repentance
Unites a Believer with Christ and Remits Sin at Water Baptism
Regenerates a Believer upon a conscious Reception of the Holy Spirit with signs following (tongues)
Then as that believer obeys the leading of the Spirit and the Word he is sanctified and is considered Holy.
That believer will be rewarded for their faith by being Glorified at the Rapture/2nd Coming of Jesus or Death.
At what point is a believer saved or not saved?
As long as that believer is responding with faith to the commands of Jesus to repent of sin, believe his claims, get themselves baptized in water and to seek and receive the Holy Spirit, I believe that person to be right with God and if they were to die would go to heaven, the moment that Believer turns from obey the commands of Jesus to complete this process that person will be judged.

Daniel,
I am much more forgiving with it, as I struggled with it for years, knowing what I believe but to go along, to be accepted. It is hard thing to break.
Again if you want preaching opportunities and to save the wagging tongues, you learn to keep the mouth shut.
No longer is Pentecost full of the wonderful personalities that it used to be. Except you become notable and old, then people can't touch you.

Re: Where Do I Belong?
When it comes to this issue of where I belong, I am content to be in what I honestly think is the will of God.
