Churches in Oregon

Really, are there any good churches in Oregon?

why is it so difficult to find a decent One God church in Oregon?

Well, based on no response I'll take that as a NO.

Re: Churches in Oregon

Eastern side there are some WWPF ones, fairly conservative, yet balanced.

Parker is one, Neff is another, he is in Baker City I believe.

East of Portland there are some.

The UPCI there are toast.

What is your criteria for "toast?"

Just curious - and I have no dog in this fight. I am sincerely curious as to what you base your observations on.

Do you have personal information regarding the church in Portland that is pastored by Ted Graves? Or the church in Redmond that is pastored by Kevin Seibold? I would be interested in your opinion of those churches.

Hello!

Well, would you like to explain what you are looking for in a One God Church?

What criteria does it need to meet with your standard?

What would expect out of the pastor?

What does everyone need to do to make you feel comfortable?

I know Kevin Seibold personally and he is a great man of God. I have not sat under his pastorate, but I have sat and talked with him on a variety of subjects. I don't consider him "toast."

Thank you, Bowas. I hope you realize I wasn't being negative about either of the two pastors I mentioned. My question was to Monterrey and his comment about the UPCI being "toast." They just happened to be the only two pastors in OR that I in any way have any knowledge of. I wouldn't consider either of them "toast." I just was asking how he reached his conclusions and if he put these men in that category.

I'm out of here again. Sometimes what I read on here makes me shake my head.

Not at all! I wasn't suggesting you thought of them as "toast." Kind of a broad statement though to lump all UPC in a State as "toast" as was suggested. (not by you)
