DM, I have to agree with this and also because, they are going after Arpaio for investing Obama's past and eligibility in question.

I'd have to check further into the details. But, no, without a warrant is not good. I just know and didn't save the information, that he has been accused of this before and it turned out to be false charges even though the filings against him said otherwise.
