USA Doesn't Have to Default on Aug 2
The demand from Democrats to raise the debt ceiling in order to keep America from defaulting on its debts is a deception to keep government spending cruising along without restraint.
The govt could pay the interest on the national debt first, then would have to prioritize its spending from tjhe money that's left. Which means---GULP---(choking back tears)---they would have to decide that some govt spending is low priority and would not get the $ it demands.
Imagine that! The govt would have to do what EVERYONE ELSE HAS TO DO WHEN FACED WITH TOO MANY BILLS AND NOT ENOUGH MONEY!
