I found another cat who is a great musician and worship leader. Freddy Rodriguez, a Puerto Rican homey from Chicago, he recorded this while he was Music Director at Champions Church Las Vegas. He just moved to Dallas area, not sure which church.

This new project is, "Light The Darkness" and has many doable tunes for churches into the upbeat/r&b/Praise & Worship vibe. He of course has some latin influence in the music too!

I chose this song because it would be the quickest learn for your worship teams, and its a pretty cool tune...enjoy

Looks like he is playing a line6 variax guitar. I haven't seen many folks playing these.
