Hey, that is no laughing matter. I worked nights for a little while when we first moved to Tulsa, and my father gave me a set of brass knuckles with an attached knife for protection. I dutifully accepted the weapon, and then stuck it in the bottom of my purse to be forgotten.
I did not remember it was there until I was about 2 feet in front of Tulsa Airport Security several months later (and after 9/11). I told Jeff I'd be right back, and raced out to put them in the car. LOL!!!!!
The next time I saw my father, I gave it back!

Out here in the west there are a lot of preachers that carry. I personally don't agree with it but that is my personal opinion. They carry while travel, when preaching and what ever. Many of them have concealed carry permits.

That's almost mandatory in Texas, but nothing that obvious.
