You can't register with a bogus email address. You will never receive your Activation Email.

If your account has an email addy that doesn't work, don't change your password...you'll never receive your new password activation email.

I don't know what this sticky is trying to tell us.
If we are already members, does this have any effect on us?
I've received emails from AFF, so does that mean I'm OK,
or is something changing?

No, Sam, nothing has changed. This is not for members who are already registered and are having no problems logging in and posting.
It's for those who THINK they have registered, but used a bogus email, so they never received their Registration Activation Email.

My wife just signed up last night but still can't post. brotherjswife was the handle she registered, she said she got the email confirming registration but still can't post, did she do something wrong? Thanks!
