these are an indication, to me, that no healing is really needed; meaning that the individual has unaddressed sin, that some probing usually uncovers (by looking for the denial area)

People who haven't really studied the subject from a clinical perspective are often woefully ignorant as to what is going on in the brain of those who suffer from severe depression. Imagine suffering such physical and/or psychological trauma or abuse that your emotions, and the accompanying chemical reactions relating to those emotions, have rewired your brain chemistry and functionality. I was surprised to find out how physiological it was. Some people's brain behaves as though he has suffered physical trauma. The emotions were so strong over such a long period of time, they essentially caused brain damage.
ergo, get control of your emotions, or they will get control of you. I will repeat that it is physically impossible to be depressed on an endorphin rush; unless you do so much coke that you are temporarily out of endorphins, which is possible. i can cure depression in one day. guaranteed. actually just a couple hours. Without fail. This statement usually sends the depressed running in fear, i note. still speaking generally, of course.

this is a central theme in depression; they want their cake and eat it too. They will, of course, not be able to admit this.

i'm sceptical. Or at least, i would begin with a big injection of endorphins, via sweat.

suicide might be considered "neurotic murder," possibly.

that is the question; and it is a decision. Granted, at some point a sufferer may have developed some deep ruts to get out of, but nonetheless, they walked in, and the only way out is to walk out, imo.

You're tragically mistaken.
