Re: What's for Dinner Tonight?
I have a funeral video to get done tonight, so I'm ordering from our local Mexican restaurant for all of us and sending Justin to go and pick it up.
I think I'll have the cajun chicken chimichanga. I don't know what the others will have. Of course, if this snow keeps up like it is, we may be eating oatmeal instead of sending Justin out on the snowy roads.

I've got to go shopping to buy more chicken, fruits and veggies before I have dinner!

Re: What's for Dinner Tonight?
Mexican sounds great.
My husband loves baked beans. My parents love scallop. And I love the dessert I made. Sliced apples with sugar and cinnamon nestled between two layers of a mixture of oatmeal, flour, brown sugar and butter ..... served warm with vanilla ice-cream. Yum!
Definitely an old-fashioned kind of supper.

Sounds like a low-cal healthy meal.

That shouldn't be too difficult. You have 5 full months and you've already lost 6.
