English food is bland but real Italian food is amazing! We spent 3 weeks in Italy. Far too short a time. My sister rents a home every 3-4 years in Italy for a month. We were probably the only Americans in that small town.

The English are not known for their food as the Italians are-now I can see why. I do hope to visit Italy someday myself, I know I wont complain about the food ---I still say I missed American food, unless you been through it yourself it's hard to explain the difference.

I dont know, I didnt have a problem with food in Singapore or Japan?? I dont know what the issue was this time....oh yeah the food was yucky.
