Here are two things that are interesting regarding this subject.
Black people who are light-skinned are still consider black, but light skinned Hispanics are considered white. That seems a bit odd.
When the police are looking for someone, they describe the person as a black male, white male or Hispanic male-- they usually don't lump Hispanics and whites into the same category if the Hispanic clearly looks Hispanic.
The video in this thread is not an example of black on white violence.
