You are confusing dude. If someone uses a sermon from someone else they have an ego? Or aer you saying specifically JF has an ego? You write in riddles.....

Great that he told you. This isn't what JF is accused of either.
A tangent:
Now remove yourself from the equation, why DOESN'T the other preacher share his inspiration here?
"While with my brother, Sam, I wanted to share with you and convey to you some thoughts he shared that I felt guided by the Spirit and timely for us tonight."

See Sam....we see eye to eye about this. I think it would be a huge compliment.

Riddles? Huh??
You blast preachers who are "offended" as full of pride and ego, but say nothing of the ego and pride of preachers who implicitly accept the credit for being such great speakers. (I have no knowledge of JF and was only sharing the allegation which he has not responded to) I never said "JF has an ego." If you can quote me, that'd be great. You are heavy on the JF defense here. Be objective with this conversation and let's start over.
The Riddler (hahaha *wow*)

Why WOULDN'T you cite a source?
Here's the choices:
1) Laziness
2) Pride
3) Dishonesty
4) All the above
Preaching a thought is not what I have summed up here, nor is what JF is accused of. It's the identical outline of another minister, analogies/illustrations and all, and not just one section, but from start to finish. Before I bemoan the decay of ministerial ethics, I'll assume your views are of a minority opinion. Hopefully

Man you are stretching out there to try and prove a futile point. The only thing wrong with using anothers sermon is if you use a story that actually happened to the person that you heard preaching it and used it as it was your own. Example, preacher b stating that he met a Jewish man and had a big revival when it acutally didn't happen to him it happend to preacher A. That is wrong when you lie about a story as act like it happened to you...that is unethical.

No, sorry...Madonna Massey can actually sing--THIS Madonna has to shore up her lack of spectacular vocal skills with showbiz, extreme yoga poses and overall shock value.

How do you arrive at your conclusion that this is unethical but everything else is okay?
Have you taken an Ethics class before?
Is it wrong only if the sermon is printed in a book with someone else's words, and only if they speak the words it's all okay not to cite sources?
JT, how am I stretching and what is so futile about my point?

Re: Twitter-TF Tenney at Jentezn Franklin's 2morro
Questions for ministers:
Have you ever used another person’s sermon whole or in part?
Have you given credit for the sermon or ideas from it?
How do you distinguish between larceny and inspiration?
What should we do with offenders?
