I know what you need Sister Mich, you need to find the most conservative Apostolic Holiness Church you can find (preferably one that doesn't believe in beards) and attend there for at least three years. You won't regret it Sister!
They are not lost... they are saved by the grace of God... hopefully you are too!
Trinitians are LOST. The have not obeyed the gospel (Repentance, water baptism in Jesus name FOR the remission of sin, and received the Holy Ghost speaking in tongue).
I have obeyed the gospel and am endeavouring to live for God. But no one is saved until the hear Him say well done.

Just tell him you won't cast your pearls before swine and write him off.
Salvation is a free gift. Yes was are to obstain from sin, but that is because sin separates us from Him. Dress code does not.
Also what you so greatly provided about grace shows that God will give grace to many different people. The agrument at hand is if God gives grace to those that do not follow a dress code. He gives grace to the Humble, which says nothing about dress standards.
You are trying to draw a line that says those that do not follow a dress standard can not love God, be humble, show mercy, we are not "lowly", and can not walk uprightly. These are alll very very wrong.
You put the verse in II Corinthians 6:17-18 that tells to not touch any unclean thing and separate ourselves from "them." Separate yourself to God not stick out like a sore thumb. It is childish to think that God has become some type of task master and says, "you gotta look a certain way, dress, etc." If God wanted for all of us to be cookie cutter pentecostal christians then why did he makes us so different?
I haven't seen her say anything about dress standards in her posts that you quoted, so I'm puzzled why you are bringing it up as if he had.

I understand that LR! There are no two people on the face of the earth that share the exact same views. However, there are a few similar beliefs that I am looking for. They are very different then how your typical UPC or charismatic or evangelical church functions.
You can think I am crazy, you can even totally disagree with me. But please stop implying that I am somehow refusing to fellowship with any others unless that believe exactly like I do on every issue and are utterly perfect.
Michelle, I don't think she is implying anything, just responding to you as she does to me about this issue. Take her words as they are written, my friend.
And we both think you are crazy, but it has nothing to do with the topic of this thread!

Whoa, now, hold yer knickers one second! Please show me WHERE in my post I said anything about a 'dress standard'? Can you please come out from that crazy rabbit hole you jumped down and address my REAL post, you know, the one that said that the BIBLE is clear that both grace and mercy are not unconditional, but conditional? That would be so helpful to the discussion at hand.
