What is with the state witnesses not being there in person? First a Skype call, now the Pros says the next witness would be via telephone? This is ridiculous.
Pros wanted the defense to give them their experts' statements and documents. Defense said it was protected information that wasn't covered by disclosure. The Judge ruled for the defense on the first set of emails; had to leave the room for a few minutes and missed the ruling on the second set.
I cannot understand what this guy is saying through the phone.
