The idea is that you pick out three or four or more different kinds of meat, vegatables, etc. Each portion is pretty small so it takes three or four to make a meal.

I had pretty conventional meats like filet mignion, other kinds of steak, chicken, etc. My son had cow stomach. Eck!!! He said the flavor was good but it was tough.

i know exactly where that's at.

they have quite a few places out here like that because of the oriental population

It is not a huge place and you sit at long tables together with other people but you have your own grill thinga ma jig to yourself or you and one other person.

My daughter also wanted me to try Roy's Hawaiian Fusion in Newport Beach. She says they have other ones but that Newport Beach is the best.
