Jospeh Biden said the statement first. A few days later, Bush was asked about Obama and he said that he was an articulate young man. The statements from BOTH offended a population.

Coop the problem is identifying classes. You can talk about the UPCI and it is fine because you are talking about a bunch of people. If someone takes issue with those who spend all their time bashing the UPCI, your it. there is only one person in that class. It is impossible to have this discussion without getting personal.

Coop/Ferd, you both know that I am pro-UPC, but technically this bolded statement is incorrect.... there are others who have left the UPC over standards, hurts, etc - it just happens to be that Coop is more vocal about it.... that in itself does not make him the only one though....

imo.... it would seem that Ferd is suggesting that there is a posting double-standard going on.... because the anti-standards posts are targeting a larger group, without naming names, its ok by AFF rules.... but counter pro-UPC/pro-standards appear to directly dispute Coop, because others are not as vocal about it, thus making it seem like a directed, personal attack....

if anyone would know about getting up in Coop's business, it would be me....

just my two cents....
