True. You would have lost MUCH more money on other stocks. You still are losing an incredible amount of money by holding Exxon stock.

The thing the Republicans failed at (and it was HUGE!) was in trusting the Democrats and DNC supports who run the banking industry to behave like gentlemen. Our failings havee always been:

Newt Gingrich is the only Republican I still respect. If we "cut taxes" such tax cuts should be targeted at the middle class. Tax cuts for billion dollar industries who just invest the their savings in overseas markets or who are failing and cooking their books is a dumb idea. I'm all for deep tax cuts for working Americans.

Hey...what do you guys think about the Libertarian Party? If Obama bombs...I might just become a Libertarian. That way I can stand for the personal liberties that I believe are important for every American...and the economic liberties of business in a free market. What are your thoughts?
