You can only sit on the platform if you join them.

As far as when the offering was received - it was a Sunday morning. There was no hype, no throwing money (or corn) at the congregation - just a sweet presence of the Lord. Pastor just told us that God had impressed him that we were to give a special offering to Brother Willoughby. I've been in this all my life and I can honestly say I have never experience exactly what I felt in that service and then the evening service when they gave the check to Brother Willoughby. It was definitely a "God thing" and not contrived by any man!

No, but a mutual friend was, I have found him to be trustworthy and reliable. I may have been confused about the services and which one, but it was my understanding that it was sometime in the revival.
I am glad that Bro. W was blessed, couldn't think of a finer man to bless. I did understand the throwing corn did happen at Landmark, how did that go over?

There were lots of things Myles said that I thought were great. But that was one that made me cringe, especially as I looked at his waistline and looked around the gaudy church and the humungous, expensive pulpit he was preaching behind.

And I'd bet those "expensive" missionary lifestyles barely made them comfortable and was not at all extravagant. If they want to preach for missionaries to live sparsely, they should first start at home. This is one of the reasons Mother Teresa was so loved and effective. She lived what she preached.

I thought the webcast was going to going again tonight but all I am getting is that rock and roll "No limits" promo with the wild guitar solo that sounds like a hard rock riff!!

Re: No Limits Conference Speakers?
This is the song they are singing...
Martha Munizzi
No Limits (Breakthrough)
Verse 1
You've been pressing pushing just to get through
You've been praying believing for something new
Your time is now for breakthrough
Repeat
Chorus
I can see the words that he has spoken
I can hear the sound of heaven open
The time is now for you to just receive
If you will just believe
Verse 1
Verse 2
You've been hoping believing for a rebound
You've been waiting until your season comes around
Your time is now for breakthrough
Chorus
Bridge 1
No limits, out of the box
The ceiling, tear it off
No limits, breaking out
Walls come down
Repeat x 3
Bridge 2
It's my time to dream
The impossible I can do anything
There's no limits at all
Repeat x 3
Tag
No limits
No limits
No limits
There's no limits now
No limits
No limits at all
There's no limits now
Repeat
No Limits!

Re: No Limits Conference Speakers?
It is a good thing most of NW's WWPF brethern are so conservative they don't believe in the internet because if they heard the "No Limits" theme song with it's driving beat and heavy metal guitar riff they might kick him out and once again he would be passed over for leadership in an org!
