I do not support Obama because of his views on homosexuality. Nor am I supporting him because his position on homosexuality somehow represents my cause. You’re attempting to make it look like that’s why I support him. Brother, that’s an underhanded, dishonest tactic. Why not ask me without questioning my Christian faith why I support him and just understand why instead of trying to beat me down and insult me?

I live in Ohio. Two of my uncles were laid off and have been out of work for months. I was laid off from one of the best jobs I ever had and a foreign contractor who came over on a VISA issued out like it was nothing more than candy took my job and I was out of work for months. Though I’m now working for the government I’ve yet to completely get back on my feet financially. The Federal government cut block grants to facilitate the massive tax breaks handed out by the Bush administration….this has caused my department some economic trouble and they’re talking about cutting some of the positions in my department. I couldn’t afford to loose my job bro, I have a one and a half year hold son and a loving wife who trusts me to carry us to economic stability. My wife lost her job and got on with a temporary agency and isn’t making anything near what we were making and there are rumbles that there may be layoffs where she works. The total cost of living in my house hold has gone through the roof and our gasoline bill alone is nearly $240 a month. We’re on the verge of loosing our house. Bush’s policies haven’t done a thing for us…we’re dying here. EVERYTHING I EVER WORKED FOR IS GOING DOWN THE TUBES.

So I believe we need a change in policy. Both Democrats are offering plans that modify NAFTA (which really us in Ohio). Hillary was part of that mess. So I don’t like her. That leaves me with Obama.

Plus, I believe he’s more honest that puppet phony womanizing McCain.

And it was mentioned that McCain and Clinton are the same. Yes…they’re both the same in that they failed to control themselves…but McCain abandoned his wife and kids for his floozy. Clinton didn’t. I was raised in a home where my dad left. Absolutely under no circumstances do I trust McCain. Any man who can ditch his wife and kids for personal interest…will easily ditch a country of strangers for his personal interests. He didn’t care a lick about his own family…what makes me think he might think about any of ours???

Now I’m HIGHLY upset that you would want to imply that I support Obama because he somehow represents what I think about homosexuality. You know…I really don’t give a BLANK what gays do, they don’t answer to me, they answer to God. I’m worried that my family might be under bridge this time next year. McCain’s more the same and Clinton is also more of the same…so I’m willing to place my bets on Obama.

I hate how you guys think so many of us are so stupid that we’d just stand by and allow you to bully us into voting as you would have us by you merely mentioning gays or other hot button issues. Bro…I’ll worry about gays and how they want to live their personal lives when I know I can tuck my son in at night and now lay awake worrying if we’re about to loose our jobs and our home.

Also…I want a President who calls me an “American” not an “Amurkun”. When Republicans offer a President that can at least speak that might impress me.

Besides, both McCain and Obama are for civil unions. No difference on policy. McCain doesn’t believe it’s wrong, he’s only saying he does to win your vote. If that impresses you…go for it.

I’m not going to let some bigoted hatred for gays propel me into voting my family out of work and out of a home.

Obama and Hillary are the only ones who support reforming NAFTA to help protect American jobs from the anti-American rules that govern it that give the advantage to foreign markets. Obama and Hillary are the only ones willing to repeal the Bush tax cuts and only offer tax cuts to businesses that create jobs in America and don’t take employment overseas. McCain is like Bush…Bush never saw a company who laid off American workers that he didn’t like. In fact….Bush rewards them heartily for distributing American wealth and opportunities throughout Mexico, China, and India.

If one isn’t for protecting American jobs (families need jobs that pay the bills and cover cost of living) they are anti-family, un-American traitors, treasonous leeches, destroying the American dream and destroying our nation.

There’s nothing socialistic about offering generous tax cuts only to businesses that keep jobs in America and penalizing companies that send jobs overseas. That’s called loyalty and solidarity with the AMERICAN people.

If one favors sending more of our jobs to Mexico, they should move there. They’re already a Mexican in their heart…because they’re definitely not American.
