Yep, me, too.

I was always told that if you can't take it, you shouldn't dish it out.

Well, I've never been anything but kind to him.

MissBrattfield, I guess you and Renda have been put in your places. You're not "holy" enough for charnock and he would be sinning to fellowship with you. God help charnock! I'm sure he left feeling like he had really do a good one for God. But oh the depth of his blindness. Self righteousness gone to seed! And what a crop it will be producing.

The sad part of this kind of spirit is he does not see himself. May God help him to realize he is dressed in filthy rags.

Re: Welcome Azzan Thread

Ummm.... Wow! I'm... I'm at a total loss for words... I've been sitting here trying to figure out what to say for over an hour and just cannot find the words.

So I guess I will just say this - which has already been said several times by many - but not by me. I joined a political thread here by invitation to offer opinions and observations based upon real experience. At no time has anyone here EVER condoned homosexuality. Quite the opposite actually. And at no time have I asked anyone to do so.

There is so much I'd like to say but I question the wisdom of continuing. So I am going to stop here except to say that there are some real, geniune, caring and loving people here who are concerned for me and my soul. People who have been willing to communicate privately with me. Dedicated Mind, Been Thinking, Atlanta Bishop, Not Of Works, thank you from the bottom of my heart. Fella39, Timmy, CrakJak, thank you for reaching out your hand in friendship. I wish there were more like you.

I will continue to hope you stay around. You add a lot to the Forum and I think you're a welcome addition. This thread was assaulted by hit & run "Filthy Rags" attitudes (as BT called it) and now they've slithered back under their rocks.

But if you need to step aside for now, I think we'd all understand. But I'm thankful to have gained you as a friend!

I know that if I were attacked like this person was I would want to step back and take a breath. There have only been a few obnoxious ones, but they have been extremely obnoxious. I am with you NOW. I think Azzan is a welcome asset to this forum. With out people that are on different ends we couldn't be balanced out. Azzan has been attacked for what he/she is dealing with. I wonder how those that were doing the attacking would feel if their issues were brought to light and unmercifully attacked. Evang. B and others have issues I am sure. I wonder what EB would think if we were to hammer on him for his issues? It is horrible how some on this "christian" forum refuse to act as christians should. It is sickening.
